Kalamazoo:  On Monday, August 17th at 4:24am, Public Safety Officers responded to the 1100 block of Weaver St. for a fire at the home.  Public Safety Officers found the resident had extinguished the fire prior to officer’s arrival.  The fire was found to be suspicious in nature and it appeared to have started near the back porch of the home.
